On this device, and only on this device. There is no account and no server. Deleting the app deletes the save with it, and neither we nor anyone else can recover it afterwards. Five save slots are available from the title screen.
Reopen the app while online — purchases reconcile on launch. If they still have not appeared, email the address above and include the receipt Apple sent you. Refunds are handled by Apple, through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Silent Depths is tied to your Apple Account, not to a save slot, and applies across every slot on the device. If it is not recognised, reopen the app while online. Reinstalling and signing in with the same Apple Account restores it.
Pearls are in-game currency. They can be earned by watching a rewarded video (up to ten a day), collected from a daily login streak, or bought. Silent Depths grants the same ten daily rewards without the video — it does not grant extra Pearls or any gameplay advantage.
